Media Kitty is a website for connecting media/PR/marketing journalists and professionals around the world. It's owned by Immedia Inc., a Canadian PR/media agency and their old website was a VB.NET application built in the early 2000s. You may have heard that the Lombiq team worked on building a new site for Media Kitty (mostly during the summer of 2015) as we have talked about it on some of the weekly Orchard meetings, presented our work at the Orchard Harvest 2015 in Alicante and also fixed a few bugs in Orchard we've found over the course of the project.
Heather Kirk, the founder and owner of Media Kitty summarized the project as follows:
Lombiq brings creative smarts, caring diligence and a purposeful can-do attitude to work. The results for our company are impressive and have been achieved across borders, time zones and technical expertise levels, with varied input around the table. They know technology inside, outside and upside down! Together with our design and UI team an application with legs has been built and launched internationally. Impossible without Lombiq and their technical leadership and service approach. Thank you, Lombiq! You are terrific.
